  Adventure Program is an intensive outpatient program that serves youth ages 13 to 18 who are seeking help with substance abuse and/or psychiatric issues.
   The Adventure Program addresses problems, helps youths stop using drugs and discover more appropriate alternatives.

   The Greenwood Challenge program is used to build problem-solving and team-building skills.

Greenwood Challenge

The Greenwood Challenge ropes course is a carefully planned outdoor learning environment where mental and physical problem-solving activities.

• Balance on logs

• Climb over walls

• Cross suspended bridges

• Rappel

• Do team-building low ropes course activities

   The course contains elements simple to complex, that produce levels of manageable stress stimulating learning and new growth. Your team will develop courage, vision, team spirit and leadership skills.

 

   A minimum of 7 people from four hours to two days, scheduled at least a month in advance. Groups include:

• Business and corporate

• Schools, youth groups and staff

• Athletic groups

• Individuals and families

• Church and civic organizations

   Experience the adventure! Join the Greenwood Challenge staff on the ropes course and learn how to develop teamwork, deepen trust in self and others, achieve goals, be adventurous, boldly approach risk and learn ways to draw out inner confidence.
