Continuous Treatment Team (CTT) is an intensive therapeutic in-home program offering both therapy and case management services,for families whose children are at-risk of hospitalization, out-of-home placement, or are being transitioned back into the home from placement.

CTT Services
    Continuous Treatment Team works with families to design services to fit the unique needs of each family.

Assisting Children
    These services are designed to assist children maintain progress during psychiatric hospitalization or to assist children remain at home as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization.
