Early Childhood Developmental Services serves children in Lee, Scott, and Wise counties and the city of Norton found to have developmental delays and/or disabilities are eligible for early intervention services through the Infant & Toddler Connection of LENOWISCO.

   These children and their families are entitled to the development of an “Individualized Family Services Plan” and service coordination at no charge.

   Other early intervention services available through the Infant & Toddler Connection of LENOWISCO may be provided on a sliding fee scale. They include:

• Vision Services
