for Tennessee provides education and prevention services
to more than 10,000 people annually through street outreach, community
events, health and state fairs and group activities on:

other Sexually Transmitted Diseases
• Hepatitis
• Tuberculosis
• Universal
Precautions
• Abstinence
• Teen
Pregnancy
Funding support is also

Education
HOPE for Tennessee educators have developed quality
educational seminars and workshops on HIV/AIDS, other STDs, Hepatitis,
Universal Precautions, Abstinence & Teen Pregnancy.
The programs are adaptable for any age group
or target population. The programs are free of charge and are appropriate
for, but not limited to the following:
• The Workplace
• Children of School Age
• Parents & PTAs
• Healthcare Facilities
• Colleges & Universities
• Institutionalized Populations
• Church Groups
• Health Fairs
• Alcohol & Drug Facilities
• Behavioral Health Facilities
• Others
Direct
Services
HOPE for Tennessee provides case management services
for individuals infected with HIV or AIDS.
Our case managers offer assessments, financial
assistance, linkage and referrals to other community agencies. Case
management client services are completely confidential.
Outreach
HOPE for Tennessee’s mobile education unit
provides free information and on-site HIV testing at outdoor functions.
HOPE for Tennessee also conducts extensive outreach
services on a monthly basis to area neighborhoods, shopping centers,
and community agencies.
