Provides interpretation and community services for the Deaf and / or Hard of Hearing in 11 Tennessee counties of Carter, Claibourne, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington, American sign language classes, public awareness, advocacy, client assistance, information & referral, technical assistance, workshops.
