VALUES Therapeutic Foster Care is for Virginia families, custodial and non-custodial children and youth with behavioral and/or emotional problems, or neglect are provided through qualified parents trained in therapeutic foster care. Services include Increase Healthy Relationship Skills, Improve Problem-Solving Skills, Learn to Structure Free Time, Increase Independent Living Skills, Increase Self-Esteem, Increase Rational Thinking Process, Learn to Control Impulses.
